"Best place! I had such a good time staying here for the long time I did. Customer service was great! Always got the help I needed and my room was always cleaned proper. Will stay again! Shout out to Ms.kelly! She was awesome! And her partner in crime as well! They both made me feel welcome. And I really appreciated all the staff there!"

"Had the dishwasher almost knock me out. Curdled milk out of the breakfast fridge. Found a "toy" behind the bed when checking out to make sure we didn't leave anything. Had the housekeeper walk in on me even with the do not disturb up.... Not too pleasant of a stay......"

"The front desk lady (I believe she said her name was D) was a breath of fresh air. My husband dropped my toddler and I off in a rush so he could make it to an event and she was super understanding and happy to work with us quickly to get us checked in. We even had friendly conversation when I went to the front desk to get something I had forgotten in our truck from the front desk that she was holding onto for me. I honestly don’t expect much from customer service after living in Baton Rouge and dreaded it but what a delight this lady was. 4 stars for the breakfast not being restocked well."

"This hotel room was so dirty, it had not been cleaned well. The carpet was dirty with food. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The kitchen floor was slippery because it was greasy. They don’t clean your room daily like before only every fourth night and they said it is because of COVID, excúseme, COVID is not an excuse anymore. Those times passed, hire people and clean those rooms daily unless the guests don’t want to."

"The service was excellent. I really felt welcome. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection, it had a nice variety and the seating area was comfy and spacious.Our shower could have been cleaner other than that I enjoyed my time here, I did see a pool and a gym, however my family was exhausted from the other aspects of our trip, so we did not get the chance to check those two out. I would come back again if I ever was in the area"
