"Very clean hotel that is family friendly. It is newly remodeled. Nice, soft beds. AC in our room worked great. Tv had all the channels you would expect. Breakfast was hot tasty and coffee was decent. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will for sure stay here again when we're in town."

"First I have to say this hotel and all the hotels surrounding this strip off the freeway are fantastic for dogs. Lots of grassy areas and places to walk the pups. The room was okay but no hot water (barely warm) and the very young person at the desk said there was no one there to fix anything. The ice machine was broken. There was no coffee ☕️ (until I asked) with breakfast, there was no trash next to the waffle maker so people were dripping a goopy messy batter cup to the other side of the area to throw away, the eggs were cold, and the fake bacon was not edible. No muffins of any kind and the fruit was bruised and old. Honestly, a simple continental breakfast would be way better. Hilton has gone way WAY down hill!!! This one spoke to us - it said, “ We don’t give a…”. This place is not totally horrible and could be so so much better with a little effort."

"This hotel was renovated; however, the staff clearly does not clean the rooms. Also, the linens and beds were definitely not replaced. The pictures show stains on the beds, a broken lamp, peeling wallpaper, and food under the dishwasher. These do not show the thin sheets that are stained, rust in the bathrooms, and molded/peeling caulk. We ended up not staying, but was charged anyway. I reached out to Abraham Salman, the Area General Manager, and he would not do anything to resolve the matter. To make matters worse, he lied that it is company policy that they do not issue refunds. Additionally, he has his staff lie about not being in the office ever, unless in fact he is not...this could explain the state of the hotel, to dodge phone calls. This is not on par with the Hilton brand and corporate was contacted. Hopefully corporate will help correct the matter."

"Overall a very good experience. One of the bathrooms in our 2 bedroom suite was missing the shower water control so it couldn't be used but the other bathroom was fine and we were only there for one night so no complaints. We were given great customer service at the front desk on arrival by Magdalena during check in. She solved an issue (ours, not the hotel's) for us quickly and happily. We will return whenever we are back this way."
