"Great service. The fastest I have ever bought furniture. Issues with delivery out of their control. They had a blowout about 1 mile from our house. We met them to load furniture on a trailer and they sent one of the guys with us to help us get into our house ( our house is 8 foot in the air and we had no one who could help). Then they had an Uber come get their guy. Refunded the full delivery fee. All very nice and friendly. I will be back when we need more furniture."

"I’ve had an horrible experience with them . I Ordered a headboard that came with a foot rail that they loaded for me on a Uhaul. Not knowing they would give me the WRONG bed which I notice once I got to my location 2 hours away. I tried to get them to bring me the correct bed that I paid for and they no longer had it . It’s been over a month and I still have yet to receive the right bed . I was told that they would bring the bed 2 weeks ago and they never did. Now all of a sudden They expect for me to pay for another Uhaul to bring them the wrong bed back. And the bed I Originally paid for that supposedly suppose to be brought to me 2 weeks ago now supposedly won’t be in until another 2 to 3 months . HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and I do NOT RECOMMEND"
"Worse experience ever!!! Paid for a king adjustable base on 11/17/19. Was delivered 11/26/19 without the bolts to assemble it. Was told it would be handled on Friday which would be 11/29/17. Go in on Friday and the clerk said no I ment Friday 12/6/19. Canceled my order and decide not to order the rest of my furniture from them. Just spent $4000 at Home Furniture, awesome place."
