"I'd went to help a local guy set up his SafeLink and this place is a dump . Outdated everything and the place stinks. I couldn't say anything about the service . I wasn't there for the services but the Wi-Fi was hit and miss . I didn't get his service activated due to lack of the Wi-Fi service provided to the tenant ."
"I would have given them a 3-star rating as you get what you pay for. The problem is that when I called for pricing, I was given one price and when I arrived, the price was 22% higher. I checked with another guest and found that she and her husband had experienced the same increase. Beware!"
"For price it could be a lot better rooms and doesn't have good wifi at all also could been least laundry room"
"If you have to stay in Kirbyville, this is going to be your only option. However, I would highly recommend staying in Jasper. I am writing this review, so I survived the motel stay, but I would have rather gone elsewhere. The Indian lady that runs the place overcharged us. A friend paid for a room and we paid for a room, she charged us for both rooms and also charged our friend. So between us we paid for 3 rooms and only had 2. When we confronted her about it, she played dumb and acted like she could not understand us. We never got our money back. (P.S. Rates at the time of review were around $75 a night.) Furthermore, our kids got sick whenever they were in the room for a while. We would take them outside, and they would start to feel better. I think this may have been from the strong smells in the room, but it may have been from something else unclean in the room. When it is time to go, another Indian man stands outside your door and just stares at you until you leave. It is rather disconcerting."
