"I spoke with the staff about doing some kitchen updates. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked. They had several options available to look at on hand for granite slabs to look at and select for our new countertops. They helped with finding a matching back splash also. The work was performed on time and on budget. I have 0 complaints and would recommend them to anyone who could use their services."

"Ripped the wall plugs out of my very expensive stainless steel dishwasher moving it, never said anything about it now I cant wash dishes, left a faucet on outside that flooded my garage. Brought about 15 illegal workers over, not a single one spoke English to communicate with, giant scratch on my new painted wall, stole a couple of my extention cords I guess thinking that they owned them, now won't respond For damaged. Unlicensed, unprofessional."

"We are happy with the installation and professional attitude of the installers. We are VERY unhappy for being charged $75.00 for hazmat removal of old carpet when installers didn't even wear gloves. Bucky refused to make any adjustments to our bill. NOT fair in our minds."
