"Actually the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Save yourself some time and drive down the road to the West Tunnel location. First order on Popeyes app they didn't even know they got a mobile order when I got there so I waited 30 minutes and 4 of 7 of the items ordered were missing, only one of the 3 was right. Did not check order was ready to eat. Second mobile order they tried to give me the wrong order then I clarified I had a mobile order for 6:45. I was told to "pull somewhere over there" and waited over there for 35 minutes and my fries were missing. Chose to resolve the issue through the app after noticing on the way home. This Popeyes is a waste of space and time with service like that. Also the lobby is always closed when I go so good luck resolving order issues when they come to your car, give you the food, then leave."

"Not sure what happened, they use to be a good place, but service has been downhill a lot. Employees mostly be standing around. And be ignoring you when you stand inside to do the order. Also, not giving you everything in your order."

"RIP OFF!!! Don't go to this location!! Ordered a 16 pc family meal, half spicy half mild. It came in 2 separate boxes and was all white meat. In fact, it was mostly breasts. No dark meat at all. I wanted a mixture of pieces. Look at the picture to see the size of the wings. They were tiny.!! That's a complete rip-off for what they charge. Then, to top it off, we didn't even get all of our sides!!"
