"Unfortunately, my experience at this Chick-fil-A location was disheartening. My order was incorrectly prepared twice, and when I contacted them about the missing items, I was told to drive 40 minutes back for the resolution due to their 24-hour policy. The cost in gas outweighed the value of the missing items. The apology I received lacked sincerity, as the person addressing me kept interrupting to attend to other customers and coworkers. Despite my love for Chick-fil-A, this specific location's poor customer service has deterred me from visiting again."

"I'll probably be kicked out of church on Sunday but I think McDonald's has better sweet tea but... my food was awesome and staff was super nice. Chicken strips were fresh and real meat. Waffles fries are always superior to regular fries. Cookies and cream milk shake was amazing. Mac and cheese was only about a 6.5 out of 10. Really enjoyed the experience.I try to visit every time that I am in town."

"They were amazing. Fast very friendly, and it was overall a great experience. I asked for a refill for my mother while she stepped away. Went back to my table and four other employees passed by stopped and asked if I was able to get my refill for my mother. It was the first time I saw them."
