Then they tell nub an hour you v might b get lucky and get 2 hours. I know there tired but customers are why you have that job. And it’s the same as customers be nice. If they get an attitude I just say have a nice day"

"They don’t answer the phone at night. They didn’t give me my husbands pain pills when I went to pick up his meds before surgery. I tried to call to let them know they messed up but they would either just let the phone ring or hang up on me. I had to drive all the way back and wait in line again just to straighten it out."

"The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians that I’ve interacted with are not pleasant or warm in the least bit. I’ve filled here once and won’t fill at this location again due to just the general unfriendliness of this staff. I would rather drive to Moss Bluff or Lake Charles than have to interact with the technicians of this pharmacy. The medication I am prescribed to, I have been prescribed to for years and I’ve only recently started filling my prescription at Walgreens. This specific location is the first that I’ve ever been asked to confirm identity when only dropping off my medication. I’ve never been asked so many questions when dropping it off, usually that isn’t required until the time of pickup. They’re very rude when asking for confirmation of identity. My husband is a journeyman electrician, so we have moved a lot of the years and my address has changed a lot. I’ve filled in Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas and Central Louisiana and have never had to answer so many questions at the time of dropping off my prescription until filling at this pharmacy. I’m from Louisiana, my license is a LA license but my recent address is in Texas. The technicians and pharmacists here really need to go back over their code of ethics and learn how to be pleasant with customers because they lack that. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management and I can tell you that the lack of friendliness from this staff is offputting. I will not fill here again."

"The service in the pharmacy department is great except for answering the telephone. Every time I call there is a high volume of calls no matter what time of day or night this makes it really hard to place your orders in the pharmacy.They really need to fix that problem."
