"I gave it a 3 because I had been here before and it went well. But I made an appointment online the day before and when I got there this time at 9 the person that was supposed to cut my hair was not there. They told me she should be pulling up any minute. I waited 15 mins and still she didn’t show up. So I left. I would think someone would have reached out because there was another hairstylist working at the time and I told her who I was there for. I just feel that if it was me I would’ve at least called and tried to reschedule and apologize for not showing up."
