"I really hate to leave a bad review about anyone. Usually if I'm doing a review it's always a positive one. Unfortunately, I have never, EVER, in my life, witnessed such incompetence out of a pharmacy as I did today at this one. They got Walmart beat on the incompetence level. I told the pharmacy tech I had two, and I REPEAT TWO, PRESCRIPTIONS coming from my doctor and get out to the truck and there was only ONE in the damn bag. I go back in and they shut down for lunch before I could even get back there. Told me come back after lunch. NAW ... NAW I'm good. get my doctor to cancel my prescription to Walgreens and reroute it to Kroger where they are much more competent and NICE. They don't act LIKE I'm going TO RUN OUT OF THE STORE WITHOUT PAYING or something.!! HowRUDE!!"

"The pharmacy staff is always rude and not eager to be helpful. Brand new rx's from the cardiologist were sent around 2pm with instructions to begin tonight. I show up at 7pm and the cashier/tech says " it was put in for tomorrow". I asked of we could get it tonight and with an attitude she says "well I get off in an hour and we close in 2hrs, so I don't know ". I am a pharmacist as well and know what its like to fill 800+ prescriptions in a shift and I know how to maintain customer service..this store does not."

"Staff is/has always been very helpful and courteous. Seen some of the same faces there for a good amount of time and they know their store. Pharmacy is always hit or miss; you might be the only car in line or the 9th or 10th. Store is clean and well kept."

"Have tried to call and get an update on my prescription multiple times and have waited on hold for over 20 minutes each time only to be hung up on. If you go to the store, you also have to wait in line. It is ridiculous that no one at the pharmacy can ever answer the phone."

"Absolutely WORST pharmacy ever. Do not recommend at all. My sons dr has sent out 2 orders for his medicine that he absolutely needs and cannot miss a dose well Walgreens cannot give it to me till June and she sent out the orders 3 days ago and still haven’t got it. Definitely not worth going up there at all. His medicine bottle broke and it all leaked out and that’s why we needed it sooner and they do not do anything but sit there and say “nope you can’t get it”. Absolutely hate it there and will never go there again."
