"I usually feel that Napa is pretty much the best place in NOLA to get auto parts. They have a huge selection of parts and if something isn't in stock they can usually get it in a few days. I like to order online and get the 20% discount on three or more items. This really helps with the bottom line on my parts. I also find that they have good prices on parts. I just bought a rear wheel bearing for my car. The dealer wanted $125 for the bearing, Napa had the same exact bearing for $58. You can't beat that kind of savings. Check em out."

"Walked inside the store to buy oil for my mustang when I seen they have an offer for a $25 prepaid card if you buy 10ths of Mobil 1 oil. Been doing work on all my cars for years and decided to buy oil from them and get their rebate. Bought the oil and tried to do the rebate steps online, doesn’t work. Spoke with customer service over the phone about the rebate online and they weren’t professional at all. Called them again to see if they can email me the forms for the rebate, and I have not received it. Will never do business with Napa ever again."
