"I am really grateful to Pep Boys and its staff. I arrived with a damaged wheel and tire from Tallahassee, Florida. They looked at the car and shared all the possible solutions, looking for the best price and the shortest possible fix time. Finally, I couldn't stay in New Orleans because of the time the new wheel would take to arrive after being ordered, so I had to continue with my spare tire. They did not want to charge me for the service and advice. I would definitely use their services if I lived in New Orleans. They are very knowledgeable and very professional."
