"Kenner Cabinet responded to my following negative review, and accused me of never paying the deposit. This is just an excuse and they are trying to put the blame on me. They never give me a date and time for completing this job. Their pattern reply was "Check back basis in two weeks", and they never ask for the deposit. As it was less than a $1000 job, I was fully prepared that when they will come I will pay cash on the spot, and Jason and I have the understanding for it. It was just labor work, not a purchase of any additional material. Furthermore, it is not even a year since they installed the cabinet, and our hinges started to rust. And this bathroom is not frequently used. When I was in the market for, we had two choices. One was Jason from Kenner Cabinet & Granite LLC. The other guy was way cheaper than Jason, but we prefer Jason as we thought he will be using a good quality product, and most importantly, he will provide good customer service after the work is done and solve our needs later. What a fool we were. They use the exact same thing which other guy going to use. Infect Jason sources everything from outside, like they buy stone and cabinets from somewhere else locally, they hire the contractor for cutting and installing the stone. The only source they have is the showroom. I could easily save $1000 for the same service and product. Sadly, after the work is done I need a little change, which I know I have to pay, and I made a deal with Jason that I will pay, but Jason does not want to solve our problem as it is not too profitable for them and they also don't want us to go somewhere else. It's been almost 9 month and they are telling us he is coming in two weeks. They always tell us that they are busy but whenever I go to their showroom, all three are available to fool other customers. I will never recommend this business to anyone else. We wasted our time and money with this business. Thank you."
