"I don’t get these reviews about great staff. I went in to get samples and the person working was super unhelpful. Couldn’t even tell me the price of a gallon. He said I THINK it’s around $48/gallon. Well if so, I’m going elsewhere. I have two other stores where I can get the same BM paint for $39 and $40/gallon plus a whole house discount (another thing he didn’t know and told me to call the manager about). Maybe I went on an off day, but I had an awful experience."
