"So I’ve been going to k&d for years. My dad used to bring me when I was a kid (now I’m 30.) The sales staff there is really friendly and knowledgeable. However, the older lady’s in the parts department don’t have good customer service skills at all. It always seems like they are being bothered when someone comes up to them . I just wish they’d be more approachable. Over all this is a good place to go to. I would recommend it to people."
