"I am giving this store 5 stars for ONE of their customer service employees. I called and was passed around all over, nobody would take my order to pay for a water heater over the phone. FINALLY, a man named CJ picked up and he went out of his way to take my information, gave me his number to call to reach his department directly, personally sent and brought my heater to the contractor pro desk so the plumbing company I was having pick it up, would have no problems.
