"Last two years we have been buying $12k+ from them, everything is great but until last couples of orders $5k i call and deal directed with the the company he was really helpful and great, total of three ANS polish station, first two came great, but the third was lots of scratch, chips, and all three shelve tier are totally different from the first two, i call and explained on the delivery day and text lots of picture, he said let him ask his company and that the end of it never hear from him no more, also thousand of dollars we spend he didn't give us points either. kinda sad to said but we would not doing business with this company anymore ..."

"Slow shipping, no communication, didn't respond to messages, and then I only received part of my order. Can not get a reason why or when the rest of my order will ship. But over a month later I get another charge on my account, and finally someone answers an email. They think it's okay to not let anyone know what they plan to do about the things you've ordered or when they'll take your money. They still haven't shipped part of my order, over a month later and think that I still need it and want to pay them for their shotty work. I don't know how they're still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I will not be dealing with them again. Very unprofessional, sneaky, and low down."
