"Before I start. I would like to say Shelby did the best she could. But I was in the salon from 945-230 Friday just for an accent highlight and a cut. For an hour I was left with my head sitting in the shampoo bowl. She gave me hot roots. My hair is golden not blonde. When it came to my cut. That is the worst. It is so uneven. Not to add that I told her 2 to 3 inches. (My hair was in the middle of my back.) Now it a little under my shoulders. I've never been so disappointed in my hair. What makes it worse is that 2 different stylist came up and looked at my hair knowing it wasn't right and didn't do anything. I would really like a refund after spending 180.00 on my hair"
