"Poor communication. I didn’t even get a service because the employees were dismissive. I went in to buy a ring for my tragus piercing and waited almost 30 minutes with no response as to when I would be serviced. I then asked if I would be able to purchase the ring at that moment, and was told that the guy i would have to pay would service me right then, but everyone continued to casually walked by as if I was not in the building waiting to pay for a service."
"Came in on an unbusy day (Sept 1 at around 6pm) to the rudest, non customer service having employees. Once I walked in, there was no greeting, no introduction, no hey how are you, no what can I help you with...nothing. a dead shop with two workers yet not one word was said. I stayed there for 30 min and STILL noone asked what I needed. I finally just left. Very unprofessional and won't reccomend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would."
