"I am sick and tired of your rude employees, over charging me for my prescriptions and not running them through my insurance. This happens almost every time we fill a prescription. Today is the last straw. My wife picked up a 6 pill Z-pack and was charged $32.27 when in fact the price should have been $2.51. In fact, I'm not so sure that your practices don't border on being fraudulent and taking advantage of elderly people. If this is your corporate policy, shame on you. If not, you should replace or retrain the sorry staff you have at your Center, Texas store."

"The CVS Pharmacy in Center is terrible!!!!! Most of the workers are rude, doesn't acknowledge you at all. If you're old they're a little better. You have to wait for a very long time, and half of that is just getting acknowledged . Being the ONLY ONE waiting with 3 workers. But as the store part goes, staff is Wonderful!! They welcome you when you enter the store. They are very helpful, and the store is clean!! Keep up the great work, staff that is in the store part!!!"
