"MY SEARCH FOR MY DREAM JELLYCAT BASHFUL BUNNY IS FINALLY FINISHED!!!!! Have been looking online everywhere for a place to buy the medium size Bashful Cassis Bunny and every site has been sold out because the design is now retired BUT this place had me covered!!! And he came way faster than I expected!!! THANK YOU!!!!!"

"Questionable advertising and terrible shipping. On their website, they advertise a set of 6 pictures for $60. I was very happy to purchase the set of 6 and could not wait to put them on my livingroom wall. When the ONE picture was delivered, it was shattered. NO WHERE on the box did it say FRAGILE. It was just a regular cardboard box with tape on it. They did pack with some bubble wrap and some paper but not nearly enough to protect the framed glass backing botanical print. When I contacted them to ask where the other 5 prints were, "Raegan" said "there must have been some kind of confusion". "Raegan" then went on to tell me I had to file a claim with USPS in order to get my money back (which does not cover the $25 cost of shipping)! So frustrating! I really just wish Lasting Impressions would just make it right. I would really like to purchase 2 of the pictures but I don't know if I want to chance another BAD LASTING IMPRESSION!"
