"Rude. Bought a sheet set, got home the elastic was stretched out. Called asked if it could be returned they said they can’t but they can exchange it. Went in and they refused the exchange it, then they kept the product and my money!"
"Some of the prices are a bad joke. They over price wares mostly. I was surprised that some of the clothing was actually priced correctly. Then I see all the crazy prices, such as 4 bucks a pop for dvds ? They're cheaper online! Goodwill in a whole just sucks anymore."
"Usually this is a very nice store, This was our favorite goodwill in the area. Unfortunately there’s a grumpy goo working today who felt he had to micromanage everything our kids looked at in the toy section, even though we have spent probably 300$ here in the last month or so, and fully intended to buy the toys they looked at (SPOILER ALERT WE BOUGHT THE TOYS!) We would of bought more had the environment not felt so toxic! I love how neat everything is and the donaters in the area donate nice clothing…. However it’s not worth being treated like a criminal over used items- especially when your a loyal customer. Customer service is everything. They do an excellent job of organizing and keeping it neat, but Mr. Grumpy needs to chill. He acted as if our kids were out of control. They are kids and have been stuck in the car for an hour and are usually the biggest spenders when we visit! I paid for their toys and my clothes but I think it will be awhile before we return as the associate made the whole family uncomfortable."
"Rude, unfriendly Management Terrible to work for. My special needs nephew went to work there and they were very Bullying to him. Management was terrible. Over the top ridiculous over Covid. They do not wash clothes prior to putting them out."
