"The ladies do a good job, but twice now I've had issues with the online check-in system bumping me out of my appointment prematurely. It's incredibly frustrating to check-in online, drive across town, arrive 2 minutes before the Recommended Arrival Time, stand in line at the counter to check in, and then see your name bumped back to a 28 minute wait time on the big screen as I'm entering my info. Again, the managers and the stylists do good work, but the system needs some tweaks."
