"Really bad service in pharmacy. They don't follow thru prescriptions and make you wait ridiculous amount of time. Patients need their medicine right away, and they make you wait hours and hours."
"MY word...I don't know what to say after reading a few reviews. The drama could make a Good weekly TV show. Everyone has issues and keep in mind Medication can be dangerous if not deadly if it is the wrong amount or wrong kind. Therefore you gotta wait while they check. This Walgreens is open 24/7 and I have seen it get Slammed with RX orders...young people trying to juggle three things at a time. Now that's no excuse for rudeness but, I don't know what happens when they go off the clock, so there is a backstory there too. Most are just wound-up too tight and are not trying to be the adult in the room, so I will not excuse the review writers either. People everywhere are not as civil as they were when I was younger...It's everyone's fault things have gotten this way.I still enjoy going to Walgreens and hope the can provide the best service as possible to it's customers despite social climate and stressful times. The BIG red W works for me huh?"
"Let’s just say I left Port Neches Walgreens in tears. They told me port Arthur had my child prescription and I called them and was told that Port Neches had her script…. Only to find out one script was not available and the other one was discontinued so I had to call my child’s dr to get him to send another script to replace the one that was not available. Bottom line I was lied to, had to get the manager involved, and then was told the other one that was not available would be at the port Arthur location… only for me to call the port Arthur store while heading that way and be told that port Neches location needed to call them and authorize them to give it to me. I whipped my car around went back to Port Neches got one script that the Dr. had to replace since it was discontinued… while I was waiting had a complete mental breakdown and started bawling my eyes out… drove to Port Arthur location and FINALLY got my child antibiotic after an hour and half. It shouldn’t be that hard… but more importantly you shouldn’t have to lie to avoid the awkwardness of disappointing a customer… grow up! We live in a world where most would much rather hear the truth than get ran in circles. Then they wanted to not take accountability for ANYTHING. It was disgusting, the management must feel like they are babysitting mostly children. I will give one credit though, the red head guy was sweet and helped me, thank you. Your kindness was appreciated. Oh and to the older Caucasian blonde lady, your nasty comments about me having a breakdown was unwarranted."
"If I could give 0/5 I would. Set up a test for 2:15 and show up at 2:10. They have 1 person working both drive thrus so I wait 20-25m just to get told that I have to come inside to get tested which is contradictory to all signage. I come inside and stand at the counter for about 5-10m watching employees walk back and forth in front of me before finally grabbing someone's attention. I tell her that I scheduled a test for 2:15 and have been waiting around 30m at this point to take it. She then starts interrogating me about how long I waited and essentially says it's my fault that they have an inefficient drive thru and poor customer service. If a customer is standing at the counter it's not for fun- it's because they need something. Definitely will not be coming back here for ANYTHING, would much rather drive to the next closest one because it certainly could not possibly be worse than this."
"The worst pharmacy ever! I get the same medication every month and every month they don’t have it BUT they tell me its filled so I can wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told it’s 1/6th of the full script. On top of that i can’t get simple prescriptions filled in less than 24 hrs why does it take days to fill a prescription? Something’s wrong with everything in this building from employees to management to probably the oxygen content in the air because they’re are beyond incompetent and rude to a point it might as well be closed and all the employees be excommunicated from society."
