"I had an order sent here on Monday. I called yesterday and the 2 different people was very nice. Even though my online chart said it was successfully sent they didn't see it. I had online teladoc send it again. I called today and the 2 different people were both extremely rude. First person yelled at me and slammed me on hold before I could say anything. "It's a shame that it is a company policy that if you don't fill your prescription at CVS that you cannot buy syringes there. When you have an active prescription. How inconvenient when you can show the prescription. Companies like this needs to change their policies or close their doors. People like myself are going to use a pharmacy that saves them money and what this particular company won't do another company will doI. I will not be filling in the future any prescription here.
