"This place seemed very unwelcoming. I felt like I was a bother to them. I got a pedicure and a new set. My nails are bigger than my fingers and so thick. I only went because my regular salon was booked. NEVER AGAIN! I'm currently at my regular salon getting this fixed. Getting a new full set and a pedicure just 5 days later is crazy. I would've came the next day but my nails were in pain."

"This is a Nail shop in my area so my mother and I frequently patronized them. I won't anymore. My mother asked for a manicure at 5:30 when we both came in, they initially said they would provide the service only to have her wait until after 6 to say no one could do her manicure. Meanwhile, they were fully staffed working on the hands and feet of other customers. I asked why and they said we needed to come earlier. They close at 7! Then they said no one knew how to do a dip manicure! I finished my service (only because they had already started) after expressing how disappointed I was in their horrible customer service. Fast forward within a week my dip manicure was lifting and nails coming off. I came back they fixed them and the next day a nail broke again!! I was there 3 times in two weeks for the same service! Ridiculous! What's worse is the attitudes in this shop are nasty! I see why I look around and rarely ever see a Black person there! Well, I won't be going back. Unfortunately, the owner was out of town. Well, Lynn might want to be careful who she leaves in charge."

"Thank you so much to Lynn and her staff for taking care of me. My nails grow in an upward funky direction. In order for them to look normal I have to get the tip put on curved downward. Even tho I was reluctant to mention that I was unhappy, they fixed what I was not happy with. Lynn was very understanding and accommodating. I appreciate the patience that they had with me. I encourage anyone looking for a clean, professional nail salon to visit elegant nails."

"Very nice staff and environment. Lynn is the owner and does the best nails. She calls her customers by their name and can speak good English so ask her if you have any questions she’s the boss. Prices are very affordable. They are abiding by covid rules 100% temp checks, shields, sanitized utensils everything. Ms tee did my pedicure and she was amazing, definitely my go to nail shop!"
