"Personally, I’ve never had a bad experience. I never get a manicure or anything other than a pedicure I get the $37 classic. With gel. Comes out to $57 There are other salons that are more expensive or just as expensive. Every time I go, the techs and employees are always so nice. They are not all the same with their services. Which is nothing new. They massage differently and some work faster than others. I get a solid color, no designs. I’ve left happy every time!"

"My nails turned our Amazing tonight. I truly enjoy going in there for many reasons. One of them is that I love the way my nails look but other than that I also just enjoy the company and the conversation and the energy in the shop. The salon's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their willingness to address any concerns or issues promptly. "This place is way overpriced and I will never return. They charged me 170.00 to do my nails, toes, a kiddie pedicure, and polish kid nails. I couldn't get the nail design that i wanted bcuz they guy couldn't quite master it. I asked for a regular nail set, I really didn't know about a gel set i haven't gotten my nails done in a while but in any case he did gel polish. I thought he had to use it in order to do the design i wanted. I got a pedicure with gel polish it was 20.00 more. I got charged for the shape of the nails, the length, and another charge it was just awful! Further more she then tells me she over charged me by 5.00 I told her to keep it. The service was not bad but it sure as heck wasn't worth 170.00...this is one customer they will never see again!"

"I called around to multiple shops around 5:50pm just see what they would say. I knew they typically closed at 7pm. Majority of the shops lied and said they close at 6. But when I called LA Nail Spa they said yes we close at 7:30 and politely asked what I needed. When I arrived they were very welcoming and immediately sat me down for a pedicure. Great customer service, lots of polish selections, and decent pricing! Definitely will be returning ❤️"

"Terrible and greedy people!!! I am writing my first review ever because this place is so rude and unprofessional!! They will take advantage of you! I have had 3 bad experiences. I gave them so many chances because the location is super convenient for me and my schedule. The first time I came, my bf came with me and they did not know he spoke Vietnamese. They were going on about how cheap we were because I didn’t want the Deluxe pedi. The second time I came and got a pedi with gel polish. It came completely off 2 toes the next day. The 3rd time today was the worst. I called and asked if I made it there in 30 min for a full set and pedi would I get in. They said that was fine. I got there at 6:45(it says they close at 7:30 on the door/google). A lady started my pedi while a guy did my nails. They seemed nice, I thanked them for getting me in. When I went to pay I had 2 extra charges. $5 for coffin $5 for long nails. My nails are not either. I told them that was to expensive but he said “no” so I just paid. I called my in-laws who have nail salons in north Louisiana to show them. They said that was not right and I shouldn’t have paid. There are such greedy people in this world, watch who you give your business to."
