"HORRIBLE! I was so disappointed I couldn’t even speak. The guy that did them was more concerned about watching soccer on his phone. I showed a picture and was very clear asking if he could do it. He was so rude when I was telling him I wanted him to fix something. However the lady that did my daughters was great. So disappointing!"

"I went in today to get my nails done for a very special occasion in which my hands would be the focal point. I’m ocd and was very specific on not too short. First thing he does is chop them off. I told him they were too short from the second he clipped them. He could have and should have started over. He told me it would be fine and it wasn’t that big a deal and kept going. After being left so they could work on other people, he finally finished my nails. They barely peak over my tips. They were supposed to be almond long/ medium. They were so short that it made my fingertips look so wide. I guess I’ll cancel the pictures. He offered no apologies or discount for my obvious distress. Full blown panic attack. I don’t know where Sno went but I will never return back to this place. As a stylist, I know the laws also. No one washed their hands. 3 employees. Not one washed in the 2 hours I was there."
