"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After they told me it would be 45 minutes, they took my payment over the phone to pay for the tow. The company proceeded to give me the run around for the next 3-4 hours, promising me that the tow truck would be arriving soon. When they never showed up after 4 hours, I had to call another company. When I called to get a refund, the company told me it should be returned with a few days. They never refunded me the money, and they no longer answer their phones. In other words, they completely ripped me off; had me waiting with a broken-down vehicle for hours; and stole my money. Do not trust them."
