"Horrible experience here! Don't waste your time or money here! Had my semi towed to 3R for an overhaul. It stayed 2 months and 3 weeks without even getting repaired. Then I had to pay $3825.26 for them to put the engine back together after they tore engine down but couldn't remove the harmonic balancer. A complete waste of time and money. Everyday I heard a different excuse. I ended up getting another tow truck to take my truck out of their shop for repairs elsewhere."

"Don’t waste your time or money! Had two back to back instances. 1st one being a simple battery replacement where wires to my APU were left unhooked, broken off, as well as spare nuts and bolts left over. Eventually had to take it to thermo king to have it put back together so that the APU would work. Second instance was a simple tighten lug nuts on a trailer wheel! Tighten with an electric impact, checks them after with a 3/8 beaker bar with no torque reading then puts the lug nut indicators on in every direction possible and hands me a bill for $557 dollars which was ludicrous. Stay away far away!"
