"Celebrating our new nuptials in The Big Easy, my hubby and I decided to drop in this spot on our stroll through The Quarters. At first glance, we thought it would offer a really exceptional experience. After all, great food and hospitality are what this city in known for. Plus, the ambiance was vibing. Instead, it was just okay. We set at the bar. The bartender did her job but lacked personality... not even a smile. It appeared she may have stretched thin with parties beyond the bar. We ordered a spinach dip for our appetizer. It was delicious. The only drawback was that the chips had far too much salt prinkled on them. The cook appeared to be having trouble getting temperatures right. My cedar salmon and hubby's ribeye both came out undercooked. Also, when I sent my salmon back, it was replaced with a much smaller filet. Still, it was delicious. After the cook up, Hubby killed his ribeye. My guess is that there may have been staffing issues and that this may not be the typical service level."

"Had a reservation here for 8 PM on Sunday, February 18th, when I got here, the host didn’t greet me and rushed me to hurry and seat with my guest. My waiter was very pushy and offered me a to go box with no food on table. How is that possible??? Did we miss the memo? My steak was undercooked and spinach dip chips were salty. I know yall close @ 9:30 pm but if yall didn’t wanna service me yall should’ve said that.. that’s not cool at all. The manager didn’t offer me no solutions when I had a $300 bill… I will contact HR"

"We had a fantastic lunch at boulevard today. Tamesha helped us make excellent choices and provided incredible service. The oysters were cooked to perfection and are some of the best in New Orleans. My French dip was light and filling and the fries are equally light and perfectly crispy. I definitely recommend giving them a try."

"While in New Orleans this weekend, we had dinner at the French Quarter location and the experience was absolutely amazing. We were a party of 7 that was celebrating a birthday! We were seated instantly upon arrival and greeted with smiling faces from the entire staff. The manager was very engaging and Shi (our waitress) was OUTSTANDING!! She was very attentive and ensured that our birthday celebration was one to remember! From participating in the birthday song to the celebratory birthday brownie and ice cream, Shi was GREAT! The food was delicious as well! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!"
