"Fabulous service. ERAC locations always seemed short staffed to me. Although, this location only had two people there and they were busy, they were both friendly and professional. I've used this location twice and both times the staff was outstanding!"

"Worst rental car company there is. Caleb, the Manager has charged my card on 3 different occasions and refused to return my deposit even after my insurance paid for the vehicle as well as an employee cleared everything upon return. Taxes and final bill was paid assuring there was a 0 balance only to get a call one week later asking to run my card. When he specifically asked if he can again charge my card or would I like to come in and get a receipt/invoice first, he did it anyway after answering “yes I would”. I was also overcharged $200 and had to be credited once before. No deposit was credited after a week so I assume they keep this as well. This company is a scam and I will be blocking this card from any further charges from Enterprise. Do yourself a favor and rent your vehicle from another rental service. There are many to choose from and had it not been an insurance claim that my insurance booked, I would have never done business with them. This was not my first time experiencing this with Enterprise. Unfortunately once you give them access to your account, it is too late."

"I Had a 5 star plus experience with Enterprise Rent A Car on Main Street Baker Louisiana the service was prompt courteous and I would not hesitate recommend this rental service to anyone in need of a rental car.The agent was especially polite respectful courteous extremely professional and gave exact attention to detail. All questions were answered to my satisfaction Car was just as expected. I have use this car rental before and have always had the same courteous experience and will not hesitate to use it again when the need arises."

"I had a great experience here! The staff is so friendly, and made what should be a stressful experience, fun and easy. Angelina helped me so much! The only complaint I would make is that the customers were very rude to the staff for no reason. If anyone has a complaint about enterprise, they need to go directly to enterprise, and not vent to staff."

"Hey I really did have a good experience when I rented the vehicle on last week the person who handled my rental was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to tell me about it which is what I loved and he also took the time to help his other coworkers I think one of them was a new employee and he took time to answer his questions which still attending to me the place was nice and clean I loved that as well and he made sure the car was nice and clean for me as well when I returned the vehicle I asked his name and his name is CALEB HENDERSON. I will definitely be coming back in have a rental for next week I made already and I will be sending my family and friends to this location for their rentals for now on...
