"Sweet family run, very friendly a smart people"
"I purchased 3 tires and was very pleased with how fast my service was completed. Reasonable prices and fast service. Overall, it was a great experience."
"Came to get a plug in my tire on Tuesday paid $15 it was flat again Wednesday paid $22 after they patched it up and put it back on they broke the stud on the hub The tech Came and said it was because of last person who put the wheel on because they cross threaded the nut and stud I look at the stud not at all cross threaded so he Either lied or he didn't know what cross threaded looks like..... I told them it was because the technician applied to much torque with the impact gun for to long they call me a lie I paid for the patch and today I go to my trailer and the tire is back flat The techs need a lot more basic training and the management needs to be replaced"
"Always come here, always send other people here. Never had a problem until now. Purchase 4 new tires on May 31, 2023, tire blow out on the interstate July 6, 2023. Manager Kayla Hall was very rude and unprofessional. Never coming here again. This tire blow out from the inside. Kayla Hall said the tire had a cut on the other side ( picture below). After I left, the tire pressure was still on so I went back. The man said all 4 tires had 36 psi and was only supposed to have 33 psi. Of course another man said that was not problem a tire can have of to 50 psi ( never heard of that). Very disappointed in McDonald's tires!!!!"
"So to begin my review I came here already knowing a lot about vehicles as a female. I knew for a fact when I came here I needed an alignment. However, the worker once looking at my car and waiting over two hours said my car didn’t need an alignment. I was told by the dealership I brought it from to get an alignment at least every 10,000 miles. The technician said that was not true. I ended up getting told I needed tires. After leaving the shop my car had no fix. My wheel was still pulling to the right and the tires were placed on made the problem more prominent. I tried calling the business for over two weeks. No answer. Once I finally was able to talk to the front desk girl she said they were busy. I never received a return of call after leaving a lengthy message. I had to come up to the business to address the issue. As stated before the front desk rep was horrible. Kayla however her name is spelled never transferred my message over and went to get Andy the technician once I arrived. He drove the car and left it on a car rack for 30 minutes plus for diagnosing. I had to leave because of the prior engagements and I never assumed a diagnostic would take that long. Once I stated I was leaving Andy brought me my keys parked my car in the parking lot over and told me to have a good day. He never reported to me what was wrong. I had to go back into the building to ask did you find any problems . Once entering into the building I interrupted him discussing me with another worker there. I asked if he had found any problems Kayla screamed ‘He’s not done diagnosing it’. However he drove my car which is apart of the diagnosing portion. He did admit to there being a pull to the right issue. Long story short it should have been fixed originally."
