"No experience to report since they never answer the phone when I call multiple times to check on tire availability and price."

"The auto care at this store is trash and should be avoided at all cost. Went for tire repair due to a nail in my tire. Pulled up, not a person in site. Nobody came out to help or take my vehicle. Went inside, and spoke with John behind the counter. Told him about my situation. If it can be fixed, fix it. If not I need a new tire. John asked my number and then told me he didn't see my vehicle attached to it. Told him I've bought a new vehicle since, he stood there as if he couldn't help me because I have a car that isn't on file. Finally he asks info to add it in the system. 2020 Honda Odyssey, took him 10 min to enter it and then at one point asked, that's a Nissan right? Finally he asked for my keys and walked off. Stopped him to ask price on tires if it wasn't repairable. He gave me a price I picked a tire. About 20 minutes I get called to the auto department. He tells me, the tire is going to be $40 more. Okay, I just need a new tired. At the same time a lady came from outside and told me they didn't have the tire I was looking for because I gave John the wrong size tire. Told her I didn't tell him any size, he got the make and model and walked off, so I didn't do anything. But it's fine I'll take the tire that cost more. 5 minutes later, John comes back in and tells me they do not have the tire in stock. Then quotes me for another tire that's almost $100 more. Told them I would just got somewhere else. Never once was I told the tire couldn't be repaired, when I asked about it before I left. John said the kits walmart uses doesn't allow them to repair damage close to the wall of the tire. The nail is nowhere near the wall of the tire."

"Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend my enemy there! The lady at the register with the glass has the worst customer service ever, lied to me about there service and acted like no one was available to help me, so she wouldn’t have to move or get up. Do better baker Walmart"

"Went in for a simple oil change but the lady was too busy looking at her watch to pay attention to what we were saying and had the nastiest attitude. They put in a new battery (something we didn’t ask for) and still NO OIL CHANGE! They told us to come back the next day but when we went back they said they were closed (we went at 1 pm). Never going back! They definitely lost my service for good! If I could give negative stars I would because 1 star is still too much for them"

"Terrible service. I don't know why it takes 2 people to do an oil change, but they had us waiting for a simple 5 min oil change. Not only did it take over an hour, but the employees are extremely slow and lethargic."
