Supercuts

"I booked an appointment online for my son the night before. We walked in and the upfront experience was not ideal. One gal was invested in her phone looking up vacation arrangements and the other beautician sat in a chair next to the check-in station. The check-in station was located to the left walking in (most people’s attention goes to the right) and it was minimally marked with a white sheet of paper that said in thin font “check in here”. The gal sitting next to the check-in repeated what was visible on the screen prompts. After we checked in, she made some comment about how the system should not have let us check in so late the night prior. I presumed this was just an appointment set up. I dunno… Once my son got into the chair, it was a bit more pleasant after that. I mentioned we had just moved here from Baton Rouge but we’re from the area and came back as we like the laid back nature and superior service we receive here. The haircut was cute and very quick and very affordable."
