"Service and staff is always great. They wait time is horrible! Something that should’ve taken me 30-45 minutes took a little over 2 hours. Only 1 dentist going from room to room. Appointments need to be scheduled better. Other than that everyone extremely friendly and nice."

"I have been trying to get in contact with them because I was never called back about my second appointment. That was in July. Whenever I called, I was thanked for calling and then the call hung up. Even the agent tried to call that office and the same thing happened. They could only leave an email and I still haven’t heard back from the office manager.I’m in pain but it looks like I need to find a new dentist. I thought this would be promising and was really hoping to have Dr. Loy fix me up. She was the first dentist to make me feel comfortable in years."

"I wish I had gone somewhere else! Pulling my teeth was the only decent experience and that’s because I was out from sedation! Making my dentures is another story. I just called to make an appointment and the recording thanked me for calling and then said “goodbye”. Getting through to them on the phone is impossible! We have had to drive to Baton Rouge to make an appointment! Don’t go here if you want normal dental care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one!"
