"This is my dentist for life now. Dr. Edwards was fast and very skilled. He got me out of pain so fast and completed my work that I was kicking myself for waiting so long to go. His staff deserves a massive shout out though. I am so nervous about the dentist and there was much info coming at me at once for options, but they were all amazing. I worked with 5 different ladies while I was there and every one of them was great. One of the assistants spent time talking to me about what I was upset about then went out of her way to place a reassuring hand on mine while he started and told me how great I was doing. She then went out of her way to get me an ice pack even to hold on my face while I wrapped paper work up. The lady Kelli who helped me understand each option, what my insurance covered and what my payment options were went above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and options to manage it all. I was so blown away by this Dentist and his staff I will be a life long patient now. Their extra care helped me get from an emotional anxious basket case to somebody out of pain, with a plan in hand and a way better outlook on dental care. More than I could have asked for. I highly recommend this place. I visited the Highland location."
