"I used to go here for years, but today was unforgivable. I went for my 11am appointment today and was told they cancel my appointment because they couldn't get me on the phone. That's weird because I called last Friday and left a message. There was no call back. Well after deleting the appointment, they said that they could see me in 15 minutes which would be 11:17, with no response I left at 11:25. Which was WAY more grace than what was deserved. I do have balance so I will see about getting that cleared, but there better not no charge for a "no-show". Absolute waste of my time."
