"After several disappointing attempts to get my state inspection done during obvious, normal business hours this ,place was conveniently located right off of the highway and I was greeted by Jeremy , who had me pull right into the bay with a smile. He also went above my expectations and completed a visual inspection of my car where he noticed my terrible windshield wipers that I already knew needed to be replaced so with that said I highly recommend this place thank you Nederland for showing up and showing out"

"Wonderful experience. Drove in for an oil change. They checked air in tires, topped off fluid levels, and even cleaned my windshields. Kept me informed about what they were doing all along the way. I never left my car! HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Terrible customer service. Acted like I pissed them off for showing up for an oil change. Employee walks to my vehicle window and asks, “What do you want?” like I was bothering him. Attitude just got worse from there, so I told them to close my hood and forget about the oil change. I drove a half-mile down the street to Express Car Wash and Oil Change and had a very positive experience. Ditch this Valvoline lube shop and go to Sparkle Express Car Wash and Lube on Hwy 365, right down the road.
