"Today must have been a bad day for the staff Everyone was in a not so hospitality mood. The good customer service that I have gotten in the past must have been on Spring Break. I wasn't the only one that felt this way Customer service was on a low Today. But everyone is intitled to there opinion. I am praying that next visit they will be in a mood."
"Cons men. The worst service Ive ever received in my life and it’s a shame because my last vehicle was from them. Awhile back when I came in for service I told the woman at the counter I just needed an update (free) and I didn’t want to do any extra services that day. I made that very clear. They dropped me off to my university and called my mom who had no idea I went to the dealership and had her say yes to fixing things on my car without knowing what was going on. They brought me back to the dealership after my classes and told me I owed $300 something dollars because they got a “yes” from my mom after ignoring that I told them I didn't want anything else touched to begin with. Haven’t been back since because they left a bad taste in my mouth."
"It took a while to get to my vehicle. However, the staff was great. They seemed very interested in resolving the issues with my vehicle. Even though the issue was not resolved in this visit, I left feeling that genuine effort was applied. Afterwards, the technician spent a good deal of time explaining the troubleshooting he did and the various options I had going forward. My issue seemed to be rare and not seen very often. I think all that could have been done on this visit was done."
"I was very disappointed with my service. It's like since this company has the new shop. The service is getting longer and longer. I literally had to wait 2hrs just for an oil change and headlight replacement. I could understand if the technician provided info about my service once they found a problem that needed to be dealt with but to wait until I had to complain about how much longer was ridiculous. The receptionist was amazing and so sweet. It's just the technician taking their sweet time. Next time I'll leave my car and won't pickup it until they call. But knowing them they might not call until the next day."
"The reason I gave it only three stars is because this was a recall paint job. The paint job looks great. But I don’t feel like I should of had to pay any portion of the cost since it was a recall. I was told I had to pay 35% because it was over three years. I purchased the vehicle in 2020. The vehicle is a 2016. The paint did not start peeling until 2022! So I don’t feel like I should have had to pay anything!"
