"From the moment I walked into this office I was treated with kindness and compassion. I was in great need of a new Dentist to get my teeth fixed. I had been treated by several different Dentists at a well known practice and never got my teeth fixed. I was able to see Dr Patel , who is very knowledgeable and caring! He was able to help me and I had absolutely no pain and I now have 5 new crowns that are so wonderful! I had broken teeth from a wreck and I was able to get a permanent bridge that looks amazing! The staff is really great at their jobs , from the front desk to the assistants in back. The Hygienist is also awesome! The best part is I was able to get this all done in 4 visits!! I think I have found my forever Dentist , Dr Patel is a perfect fit for me , as I have always been anxious about Dental work in the past! He makes sure you are comfortable and does excellent work! Southern Oaks Dental is the best!!"

"I came here about 8 months or so ago. The dentist was polite but the hygienists were rude,cold,unwelcoming. Made me feel low class. Which not a surprise because they no longer accept Medicaid. When I left they never even emailed me paperwork they were supposed to. It was as if they didn’t really want my business. I’m reviewing 8 months later because the experience was so bad I still think about it."

"I am extremely afraid of the dentist. I found southern Oak from another reviewer who is also scared of the dentist. They were right. The dentist and assistant even the receptionist were very kind and caring. I ended up having to get my wisdom tooth pulled which caused me a great deal of anxiety. Everyone was very kind and patient with me. It helped a lot. I will definitely recommend them. It was very clean and welcoming inside. I will be going here for all my dental needs from now on."
