"I needed a part for my Raptor. I called Hixson and was put on hold for 7+ minutes. Then when the woman did answer the phone, no greeting whatsoever. And had a really bad attitude. I do have a choice where I spend my money and it will not be with Hixson. I called Jimmy Granger. They never picked up the phone. I called San Augustine and got Brian in parts right away. He helped me find the part. Even went to eBay motors to find it. Thank you, Pard."

"Update:The service manager that used to be there was fantastic and knowledgeable. The new one they have now is good at making appointments and she is nice but that's it. They are not knowledgeable about anything else. They need someone in there that you can talk to about your vehicle. Asked one of the women about something simple and they didn't even know. Sorry we are not being ugly just honest. 2 years ago: Service was great and friendly! Update: Still WONDERFUL and friendly people in the service department. You won't be disappointed!"

I so appreciate how Brian, the Parts Manager, went out of his way to assist me and keep me informed of the order. When I went to pick it up he again was so helpful and kind.
