"This located has amazing working and fast service. The cashier's are very helpful and kind. They repeat your order and offer desert. I love the freshness of the chicken and the environment itself."
"Refused to give me the food I ordered or refund me. Got a nasty attitude with both me and my husband and resorted to condescending language and name calling. The "manager", Karen, really lives up to her name. When you order a combo meal and over half of it is missing, including all of the chicken, you would think that the employees would admit their mistake and fix the issue. Instead they said that it's not their problem and they're not going to do anything to fix it, and proceeded to roll their eyes and catch an attitude. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time and money."
"Worse Popeyes in the United States. Stood at the counter while to employees work the drive through for 15 minutes or longer. I was the only one inside. The two females never acknowledged that I was waiting. Never said ill be with you in a minute. I watched as they had multiple cars pull up and leave while I was standing there waiting. When I asked if I could get some help she acted very iterated and said that she can't put up with this today. Worse experience everI. I guess it's better to go through drive thru if you want a faster service otherwise they will treat you like your invisible."
"I ordered a pick up order for the time slot of 7:05pm. Got there and my food wasn’t ready until 7:30. One of the workers said “they never saw that order.” I ordered a mango chilled lemonade, and they said they don't do those? When I received my food all of the food was cold, nothing was fresh. I ordered a 4pc spicy and I received old hard chicken that wasn’t spicy. I didn’t receive the red beans I ordered. The biscuit was very hard and crumbled. The chicken sandwiches I order were old and the bread was really soggy. The sweet tea tasted expired. All of the fry on everything tasted old and disgusting. This was a very disappointing experience."
