"I am disappointed with an order I made for my children. We are here for a swim meet and against my wife and children’s wishes I ordered three pizzas over an hour ago from this location. I am still in the lobby waiting for it. My kids have a swimming competition first thing in the morning and I will have to put them to bed hungry. It has been 1 hour and 15 minutes and no call or pizza."
"On 10-7-23, employees at this location burned my order and I didn’t realize that my pizza wasn’t edible until I got home. When I called to inform them, I was told that I could receive a credit or have it made again and go back to pick it up. I opted for the credit. Tonight (10-9-23) I called to use the credit because I didn’t see a credit in the ap as I was told I would. I was told by management that my information was incorrect and that no one should’ve told me that. I was also told that the pizzas are cooked on a conveyer (as if I wasn’t aware), and that a pizza being burned as badly as I was describing was “not possible”. The pizza was so badly burned that I had to take a knife in an attempt to cut the slices apart. I was then asked for the name of the employee I spoke with and I wasn’t given a name. Of course I was told again that my statement was false and that ALL of their employees ALWAYS give a name. That was not the case on Saturday night. I was told that there was nothing else they could do and to have a nice night. Stay away from this tragic disaster of incredibly poor customer service!! I’ll starve before I return."
"Omg!! I’ve ordered from many dominoes locations and I have to say this is the best experience and food I’ve had from them .. the service was fast and friendly fluffy was prompt on delivery and followed Instructions.I had everything I requested and everything was fresh and hot and my drink was nice and cold!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ I hope other locations get it together! Thank you!!"
