They never responded to the email."

"We had lunch and the lady behind the counter was rude. Her name was Mercedes. She didn't really want to take our order. She was definitely not in the mood to work. When we walked in there was trash on the floor and tables were dirty. Mercedes was on her phone. She was complaining about stuff to the lady in the kitchen...loudly. When we left the lady in the kitchen thanked us for coming and Mercedes kept talking away to her. I am so disappointed. It has gone down hill."

"I came eat with with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and the lady we had her name was (Mercedes) she was incredibly rude. We went to the counter to place an order and she rolled her eyes multiple times and was very disrespectful when we asked questions. we asked is they served tomato soup she rolled her eyes once again and was rude. our food was served and it was cold, we were the only two in the place. She also said the side of soup comes with the meal and added an extra extra $8.30 to the receipt. When she brung the food out the soups that she charged us for that came with the meal was cold. I do not recommend at all. Also while we were eating our food a man came order and she was being rude to him and he cursed her out and walked out!"

"To whom it may concern: I ordered 2 chef's salads with extra turkey on 01/04/2024. I called in the order and picked it up and went home. Upon opening the salads I realized that my order didn't have the extra turkey and pickles that I ordered and the discount I was supposed to receive from being a rewards club member. I immediately call the store in my city and addressed the issue with the manager on duty and she took care of the issue. Her name is Ms. Kionte. She went above and beyond for me. She was so very nice and polite, and most importantly she was very professional. She even called me back to make sure my order was correct. She took time with me and my order and I appreciate that so much. She is an excellent leader for others. I ask that many other workers follow in her footsteps and learn what excellent customer service is because she has it. I give her 1000+ stars. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, KIONTE!!!!!! YOU MADE MY DAY EXTRA SPECIAL!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN REAL SOON!!!!"

"Ordered everything from salads, sandwiches, soup and kids menu. The salad was fresh, berries bursting with flavor and an excellent amount of chicken. I’d prefer less candied pecans but easy to push aside. The supreme club was loaded with meat, wish it wasn’t just placed in center. Broccoli and cheese soup was fantastic. The regular sized turkey and chips was lacking meat for the size of the ciabatta bread. The pretzel/hotdog bites on kids menus were good and so was the fruit. Tea and strawberry lemonade was excellent."
