"I've been shopping at this location off & on for the past week or so now. For each time the manager and I had a different run-in. The very 1st time he was pacing watching me play × play in some type of paranoia stupor, I honestly believe he hit the crav like he's intending on me shoplifting"
"There’s not an option for zero stars. The customer service is horrific. This location is poorly ran and the employee working as a cashier should be home. She was at work with a rag on her head along with a bad attitude. I asked her name and she said it was T. She would not provide her full name. My complaint was she rung me up for some Generic brand (Quality Plus) Sinus and Headache medicine for $4.80 but the code displayed on the shelf showed 2.50. She wouldn’t honor it and was very dismissive about it. This location is 2626 4th Stewet, Harvey, La 70058. This happened at 3:02pm on today (11/16/22). If her statement is accurate of being a manager; shame on your company."
"Got there at 950pm yet the doors were locked. Closing your business early makes it hard to trust what you advertise. This messed up my night."
"Super polite staff. The manager goes above and beyond to accommodate customer's needs. Always "yes sir" "no sir" "yes ma'am" "no ma'am" as we as happy greetings when you enter the store to every customer. It's a pleasure to shop there because of his great attitude and it's wonderful to see that there is still people out there with great customer service skills."
