"I have been sopping at this store a very long time, haven't been in it in years, every time, I went in the store SPANISH speaking people are ravishing the isles.they let there children run rampant it so sad the have to bring g them to the front of the store because there wandering and parents are no where to be found. They have to make announcements to come xlaim.there children, it's sad and disgraceful, and all the stores up Manhattan are the same you see the same thing at each store something needs to be done soon."

"I would of loved to give 5 stars because of the wonderful manger Cheyenne! To the cashier working this morning at 8am 12/8/23 please find another job. I never met someone so rude ! As I came in I said good morning 3x she looks at me and rolled her eyes. She said "it's too early for this nonsense" so at that point I was disgusted. She gave me such a hard time I knew she was trying to get out the store. When I ask to speak to a manager she said "the manager will tell you the same thing" she never called the manager just too see the manger walk in the store and just like that she fixed everything with no hesitation! Unlike the cashier she was miserable and wanted to cause a problem. When I tell you she didn't wanna help solve NOTHING. Instead of telling me the manager wasn't there she continued to speak for the manger. Bad customer service but because if Cheyenne I will continue to come back."
