"They have spent a lot of time cleaning it up. Pressure Washing EVERYTHING!! New equipment in the kitchen! Waiting on the permit so they can serve food. Live music this weekend (Saturday and Monday) for Labor Day. LSU Football on Sunday."
"When you're doin your weekend boating thing on the river and hunger gets the best of you, Boondocks offers some good food and good drinks. Stop in and refresh yourself. I had the shrimp tacos and was not disappointed. I have found my go-to meal on the river."
"We went to hear the band, but unfortunately they had canceled them. But we still stayed for a bit. We enjoyed the atmosphere, we didn’t try the food yet because we had just eaten, but the other customers said the food was good. The bar tender was nice. We will hive it another try on a prettier night when they do have a band."
