"Pharmacy techs there are rude. Worst customer service ever! I bring my business to CVS way on Florida Blvd than dealing with their attitude. That one girl with the black marks in her face and two short neck braids is the worst. Hire better people."

"This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in east Baton Rouge and west Baton Rouge. I have been to several , I called two days ago to have all my prescription transferred here, they answered the phone and was nice and very helpful. This government street Walgreens , the workers were kind and very helpful when I came in to pick up, the cashier at the front and all the workers were kind. My medicine was filled in a timely manner and the whole experience was exceptional. I was just about to transfer all my prescriptions but I decided to try this one and I wasn’t disappointed"

"I showed up for a vaccine appointment at 6 pm today. I had a confirmed appointment and I had filled out the consent form online. When I arrived the clerk told me they weren't supposed to give vaccines as late as 6 pm although she admitted that that information was not on the website and the website was actually allowing customers to make appointments. Then the pharmacist said she couldn't give me the vaccines without me having to wait at least 30 minutes because a lot of people were waiting on prescriptions. I left and I will never come here for a vaccine again. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment."

"Absolute worst service, If you call it that, from the pharmacy ever! Have NEVER been so disrespected by staff at Walgreens. I was visiting from out of town and definitely not what I am accustomed to. My order was called in. After not hearing anything for 3hrs, I phone the pharmacy. Was told by ‘Brandon’ there was not an order only for him to call me back 45min later to say someone took the order and ‘left it on the counter’. All this after the doctor was calling again and waiting herself to give the order again. After not hearing anything for an additional 2 hrs, I arrived at the pharmacy. There I was told my prescription was not going to be ready for 30+ min. I then asked to speak to ‘Brandon’ as he was aware of the situation on their delay. He refused to come to the window. NEVER have I ever heard of a customer not being attended to in this manner. There was a worker- with pink hair (could not get the spelling of her name as she refused when I stated I would report them). She proceeded to say- ‘so what, I will still have a job’. If this is what can be expected from Walgreens, please take your business elsewhere. Walgreens should be embarrassed."
