"Waited long 10 minutes to get change in the drive thru ( staff was nice) ordered a sausage egg& cheese English muffin at my fries and then opened my sandwich no sausage and on a biscuit. Stop by on my way home to let the manager know what had happened I showed her (Gladys) the untouched sandwich and all I got was one excuse after another. I wasn't every asking for a refund. There was some kind of alarm going off customers in the lobby where yell to have it turned off. I left and called the customer service number that only made what became a bad situation worse! I feel Wendy doesn't really care about there customers"

"My wife ordered through the mobile app at 7:30 pm. We showed up at 8:00 pm and was told by the manager that they couldn't make our order since they were out of meat. Also, because the order was pulled up on their screen we would be charged for the food regardless. The managwr asked us to pull around and come to find out the manager admitted that the cooks wanted to leave early that night. After several months we never received our money back."
